Questions

When does my Mail Club edition ship?

Every edition is posted on the first Monday of each month from our Melbourne studio. Prepaid plans continue monthly. Delivery times depend on where you live and the postal service.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from Melbourne. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight. For a single Mail Club set it starts from $9 in Australia, $18 to New Zealand, $22 to Asia, $28 to the USA, Canada, UK and Europe, and $34 to the Middle East. All prices are in Australian dollars, and international orders may be subject to local duties and taxes.

Do I need to be able to draw?

Not at all. Each edition includes a gentle sketch lesson, a video tutorial and a creative prompt, made for beginners and experienced artists alike.

Can I buy a single edition?

Yes. Choose a single edition, or prepay for 6 or 12 months of destinations.

Can I buy for a group?

Yes. Choose more sets in one order and the price per set drops. All sets in one order are posted to a single address. For a bigger group, such as a hen party, see the Hen Party Creative Box.

How do I add a name to my cards?

Add the name or names in the order note at checkout. If you are ordering several sets, list every name.
